Basic Introduction
The aseptic sampling isolation system (open type) consists of a Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) aseptic transfer window and an ORABS system. The VHP aseptic transfer window integrates sterilization and self-cleaning functions, meeting the professional equipment requirements for clean/aseptic material transfer between different clean areas, complying with relevant regulations such as GMP.
The ORABS system consists of three parts: feeding window, operation window, and discharging window. The feeding window is mainly used for material temporary storage and opening; the operation window is used for weighing and sampling; the discharging window is used for crimping.

Performance Features
- 1 The VHP aseptic transfer window mainly consists of window body, VHP sterilization system, double-leaf door, HEPA filter, centrifugal fan, temperature and humidity sensors, pressure differential gauge, needle printer, micro differential pressure sensor, alarm device, interlock device, and control components.
- 2 The ORABS system mainly consists of window body, HEPA filter, centrifugal fan, online wind speed sensor, pressure differential gauge, electronic scale, etc. The window is enclosed with transparent acrylic panels on both sides, with glove operation ports, convenient for production operations, reducing the possibility of environmental contamination inside the ORABS by opening doors during operation.
- 3 The ORABS system should be placed in a Class B area.
