Working Principle

Cold evaporation hydrogen peroxide sterilizer principle: Low-speed peristaltic pump continuously supplies disinfectant quantitatively, high-pressure fan provides high kinetic energy carrier gas. When a tiny amount of liquid enters the nozzle at low speed and encounters high-pressure gas, the gas strongly collides and shatters the liquid droplets, atomizing the disinfectant to a 1-micron atomized state. Then driven by the fan's strong power, hydrogen peroxide atomized particles are quickly delivered to distant areas and perfectly diffused throughout the entire space, achieving efficient sterilization.

The advantage of cold evaporation sterilization is achieving 1-micron atomization effect, allowing hydrogen peroxide atomized particles to perform irregular Brownian motion in the space, rapidly and uniformly diffusing throughout the entire space, achieving efficient sterilization, and being safe with no residue.
