TLB is a microcomputer-controlled dedicated constant temperature incubator for biological indicators. Operation Instructions
The biological indicator incubator typically operates at 56°C and can accommodate 15 biological indicator tubes at a time. It is a dedicated supporting equipment using automatic temperature control heating system, suitable for detecting and cultivating the sterilization effect of pressure steam sterilizer biological indicators. - Open the transparent top cover of the incubator and take out the biological indicator bracket
- Place the biological indicator tube on the bracket, then put it into the incubator and cover with the transparent lid
- Insert the power plug of the incubator into the 220V AC power socket, at this time the power is connected
- After power on, the temperature starts to rise and can reach and maintain the cultivation temperature of 56°C within half an hour
- After cultivation for the specified time, unplug the power plug. If continuous use is required, it can be kept powered on without needing to power off
Optional Modules
The TLB biological indicator incubator offers various standard sample modules for selection, which can be easily replaced. The module aperture can be customized according to the test tube size to accommodate different biological indicator specifications. [1,6](@ref)
